Ring not sending notifications to Samsung S9

Hi my ring doorbell is not sending notifications to my samsung s9. I can connect do ring from the app, see video and even talk and ear if someone is there. the problem is that if someone pushes the doorbell button it wont ring on the phone. I`ve already did a fresh install, double chequed the notification settings both in ring app and samsung settings. I also tried on a diferent phone (Samsung s7) and it works oerfectly. Any ideas what might be happening? Thank you in advance.

Hi @amado. Thanks for sharing information on what steps you've tried so far. It sounds like the concern is isolated only to the Samsung s9 since it works on the Samsung s7. I'd suggest touching base with your cell phone carrier to see if there are any updates or settings that need to be adjusted on the Samsung s9.
