Ring Motion Notification Repeats 3 Times

Hi there,We have 1 Ring Doorbell and 1 Ring Camera - we are having issues with our doorbell motion sensor going off 3 times when it senses something. It sees it as only 1 motion that is sensed in the actual app, but it does it's sound notification in our house 3 times, always one after the other - and sends 3 notifications marked as happening "now" on my phone all in succession of eachother. BUT in the actual app, it only shows it as 1 instance. It is driving us and our cats crazy and we hear the sound go off in the house 3 times for one event! Our back camera does not have this issue. Please help us figure this one out!
