My ring doorbell stopped working all of a sudden. Double checked to make sure there was power by installing my old doorbell and it worked. Had it for less than a year. Can i get a new one?

Hi @jacksonlopez. If you have a Doorbell Pro, make sure it is wired up properly for sufficient power. I'd also recommend attempting a reset on your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds.
