I took my Ring off the base to recharge and now the doorbell won't turn on. I've tried a hard rest & it gives me a 2 second blue flash, but it doesn't turn on.
Hi @kmskala! Has the Doorbell been charging for several hours using the included USB and a standard outlet? If so, the Doorbell should certainly be responding to button pushes, or a reset.
