Ring doorbell very hot
I've had the doorbell installed for about a month. We recently noticed that the doorbell is exceedingly hot to the touch. It's hot on the front and sides. The internal transformer is not hot and the device/app states the voltage is good. I assume this isn't normal. What is the best course of action?

I'm experiencing the same issue on my pro 2. Let me know if you get it figured out.
