Ring Doorbell “replace cover” message

When someone rings my ring doorbell the doorbell inside verbally says “replace cover”. Cover is on. Has anyone dealt with this?

Hi @user_bb1e9e. When you say this message is coming from the doorbell inside, do you mean it's playing from a Ring Chime or a chime kit installed in your home?
