Ring Doorbell Pro NO POWER!

After a successful installation, our Ring Doorbell Pro died and FINALLY came back on for the first time in weeks, but only stayed on for 30 minutes before showing low power and shutting off. It's plugged in using an official Ring Power Adapter. Our router is 20 feet away and has a stable signal. I've been trying for weeks and this is very frustrating.
