Ring Doorbell Pro Mechanical Chime Partial rings?

Doorbell works fine and status also shows good power. But the chime went from “Ding-Dong” into a “Ding” compare to my old normal dumb doorbell. It has affected me quite a bit as I couldn’t hear the doorbell sometimes.Any lead on this?

Hi @Colge. In the Ring app, tap the menu on the top left > Devices > Doorbell Pro > Device Settings > In-home Chime Settings and let me know which Chime Type you have selected. Also, is the toggle for Ring in-home Chime toggled on or off?

It's on and says "Mechanical" which is correct.

@Colge Your chime should still be ringing normally then. If you're comfortable checking the wiring, I would recommend checking to make sure none of the wires are fraying or loose, especially on the chime kit terminals. If everything with the wiring looks good but the chime still isn't ringing fully,
