Ring Doorbell Pro Cover

I spend a lot of money on ring products. I don't see why I have to pay $15.00 for a white cover for my doorbell pro when it should be included in the product. I feel that ring should refund me the money along with the shipping charge after what I spent this year alone on ring products. Other customers feel that that white cover should be included with the ring pro doorbell and not a ivory cover.
