Ring Doorbell opens app on Samsung Fridge, and then the chime is not working anymore until you close

I have the Problem that if I ring the door on my recently bought "Wired Doorbell Pro", and setup the App on my Samsung fridge, a second chime is not working because the live view is up on the fridge. So how are you supposed to ring the door in case there is noone to close the App on the fridge? What if I´m on vacation and my door bell could only notify me once? What if I´m hosting a party and not be able to run back to the fridge all the time to close the window? This absolutely does not make any sense! I saw a similar post here, and the answer was that this is a Samsung Issue. I disagree, because why would it be a Samsung Issue, when I cannot set the Ring to always chime regardless on what the Ring App on the Samsung Fridge is doing? And don´t tell me to not use the fridge function. This is why I upgraded to the Ring from my Nest door bell. Which is not natively supported by the Samsung fridge. To make that work you have to feed it from Nest into Google, which then you can feed into Samsung Smart Things, which then you can feed to your fridge. And this obviously never worked reliably. This is why I decided to upgrade to Ring, but I´m still not able to set things up properly. Plus now I´m stuck with an ugly doorbell and a monthly subscription, which is not required when using the Nest. This whole thing is really frustrating! Also why are you only getting these silly Apps to setup things these days? You used too get proper interfaces for things where you can adjust things until they worked. Now you have Apps, and either things work, or they don´t, and you are just out of luck. The manual that came with the Doorbell is also completely useless.
