Ring doorbell not connecting to wifi during setup

I have been trying to setup my new ring doorbell. I have tried 4 times to go through the setup process and each time it does the white blinking light on the right side. I have moved the doorbell right next to the WiFi router and it still hasn’t worked. All my other devices work tremendously on the WiFi. Not sure what the issue is. The doorbell is the 3 plus.
