Ring doorbell enters setup mode every time I change the battery.

When I change the battery for my ring doorbell when it is either dead or low it goes into setup mode each time and I have to reregister the device on the app using the qr code on the back of the doorbell. This only started happening recently and I have had the doorbell for years. Thanks

Hi @user_c26361. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app, and on the back of the Doorbell itself.
