Ring Doorbell can't see any WiFi networks

In the last week my WiFi went down but is now fixed. During this time my ring Doorbell disconnected from the WiFi and hasn't reconnected. I have tried to go through the change of network using the app to reconnect to the WiFi network but when I do the doorbell/app can't see any WiFi networks so I can't connect to anything. I have tried this process multiple times. Can anyone help?

Hi @JusticeUK. I would suggest trying the following steps to address your concern: Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. If possible, bring your Doorbell into the same room as your router when trying to reconnect it. I hope this helps. If the issue persists after these troubleshooting steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. You can also get in touch with our support team on Facebook @Ring.

Check your router settings and make sure your security settings aren't set to WPA3 security. Ring devices won't work with WPA3. Set the security to WPA2

I just recently got a new router to replace my old one, and once I did that none of my rings camera reconnected to the new router/network. I tried everything that ring customer service told me and nothing worked. The ring cameras were the only devices not picking up my WiFi and I knew I had plenty of signal range because I went to the edge of my property line and I still had excellent range on my cell phone. so here’s what you do: 1. Charge your ring cameras-XXXX% 2. Delete your ring app on your phone 3. Unplug your router and modem for 30 seconds 4. Plug your router/modem back in 5. Once router is back online 6. go to your iPhone WiFi settings and delete your old networks, or hit “forget network” and just have your new network connected. 7. Re-download the ring app and login back in, then delete all your previous cameras devices. 8. Start fresh, and add all cameras as a new device one at a time and set up with the QR code on each camera 8. they will then find the new WiFi 2.4 signal and reconnect. This was the only way I got it to work, basically deleting everything and started fresh.
