Ring doorbell can’t get into setup mode
Just changed broadband suppliers, trying to reconnect doorbell. Have tried hard reset and leaving to fully charge Any help would be very much appreciated

To change the network for your Ring Video Doorbell, follow the steps outlined in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). These steps will walk you through putting your Doorbell in Setup Mode and connecting to your new network. I hope this helps!
