Ring doorbell camera will not work

Question

My Ring doorbell has just stopped working, the camera will not  work, it is connected to the wi- fi with good signal strength. if someone rings the doorbell I get a notification but no picture,  The camera will work for 5 minutes after I restart the doorbell, but then stops again, can you suggest anything else to try

Hi @user67860. Those were good troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. I would also recommend rebooting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
