Ring doorbell calls !!!!

Hi, I had a ring from 2nd Gen. There is a feature in ring that was ( door bell calls ) it make receive a call on my phone when someone ring my device. why this feature was locked ?

Hi @user_984de1. Which Ring Home plan do you have? The Doorbell Calls feature requires a Ring Home Standard or Premium plan to use. If you have a Basic plan, you will not be able to use the Doorbell Calls feature. You can learn more about this feature here https://ring.com/support/articles/x7i4m/doorbell-calls.
