Hi @DDmenke1, the reset that you referenced, is this pressing and holding down the setup button? If so, you're correct on pressing and holding it down, but you'll need to do it for 30 seconds in order to preform a full reset. By any chance, is the blue light on because it's online and recording you? If it's not online, and the reset still doesn't seem to fix it, please reach out to our support team [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Get-in-Touch) to have them take a look at this.
