This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles) will show you how to add your wife as a Shared User. If you are looking for the 5 digit pin, it should be located on the device by the QR code or with the paper insert that came in the device box. I hope this helps.

  RING needs to do a better job of instructing customers to record the PIN numbers. No one keeps the box or the installation guide. I cannot find the PIN on my doorbell which I need to change networks. Why cannot I find the PIN under device settings? Shameful
