Ring Video Doorbell
Ring doorbell 3 won't work with my in-house chime
I checked the capatibility list: [https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/210644123-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/210644123-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List) Unfortunately mine is one of those incompatible mechanical chimes (Greenbrook DHT01A-C). So what are my options? Would a pro power kit help? Do I have to replace the existing mechanical chime with another? If yes, any recommended chime product I should go for? I really hope to get the doorbell powered through wire so that I don't need to worry about charging the battery.

Hey @Odeerr. If your chime kit is listed as one of the incompatible ones, then you'll want to check the list of compatible chime kits [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044683012-Ring-Video-Doorbell-3-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List) and swap yours out for one of those. You shouldn't have any issues after swapping for a compatible chime kit! :)
