Ring Doorbell 3 will not enter reset mode
Hello, When i press the orange reset button on my Ring doorbell 3, it continues to flash blue and will not go into reset mode (spinning white light). The battery is fully charged. I have tried also doing a hard reset by holding the button for 20 seconds, and it still doesn't work. I have tried taking out the battery and putting it back in. My wifi is working properly as all other devices are connected. Help!!
