Ring Doorbell 3 not charging

Ring doorbell three no longer charges from the house wiring. Voltage is at 13.8, everything is hooked up correctly and the videos taken have been minimized to increase the battery life. I have to remove and charge the battery manually. Charged from the house wiring for around a year but now no longer able. Is there a reset? Is this something we can expect? Is this type of thing covered under warranty? I’ve got the voltage, and everything is properly wired.
