Ring doorbell 3 live feed on and offline today

I've had my ring doorbell 3 for 3 weeks and no problems till today there's a problem with live view all day has any one else had this problem I'll have gigabit speed internet. I reset the doorbell and deleted the app and still have problems. Can someone help me with this before I return this to the store. The RSSI is 62 on iPhone ios 15.6 thru WiFi on phone.
