Ring Doorbell 2 - does not show as available after recharging battery

Hi, I have used the Ring Doorbell 2 for a few months and in March, the battery died. With COVID and the lack of visitors, I was lazy and let it sit around for a couple of months before finally recharging it. After charging it, the Ring Doorbell powers up and I see the swirling light, but it doesn't appear as online in my App. When I push the button, it makes the Ring sound but doesn't push any notifications to either my phone or my wife's phone. Device health shows it as offline with 3% battery power with a last reported signal of 3/17/20. No network settings have changed in years and using the Ring network test, I get 48Mbps down / 87Mbps up / 50 Ping (from my phone app) so obviously that isn't the issue. Any suggestions on next steps? Thanks.

    Hey @RiseAb0v3. Under the Device Health section that you were in, are you able to tap on Reconnect to Wifi to bring it back online? If you get stuck in the reconnection process, please let me know where this is at and I can help further. :)

      Hi Chelsea, that did not work. I went through the process and the Ring could not connect. I verified the wifi password after it failed. When it asked me what the Ring was doing, I selected the "nothing" option and it told me I may have power options. It is not connected to any power source other than the recently fully charged battery. Next steps?
