HI @user_3349a1. Is this the Ring Video Doorbell 4? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Have you configured your Motion Zones, and increased the Motion Sensitivity? Make sure the Motion Zones cover the areas you want to be notified about motion in.
