Ring Door Bell doesn't send audible alerts to my Samsung smartphone.
My door bell quit giving audible alets to my phone. Everything else works but that. I have done everything i can think of, new modem ,new wifi, consulted tech support. They sent me another doorbell and same thing. It shows motion or the door bell has been activated but if im not looking at tmy phone I dont know anyone is there.
