Hi @user72360. Make sure your router isn’t too far from the Doorbell, as it won’t be able to connect if the signal isn’t strong enough. I looked up the router you have as well, and I see that it has wifi 6. I’d suggest creating a guest network utilizing only the 2.4GHz connection, and disabling the wifi 6 if possible. If you aren’t sure how to adjust the settings on your router, your internet service provider should be able to help. If your Doorbell still doesn’t connect with the guest network, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here for additional assistance.
