Ring disconnecting after Wifi change

Ever since switching my router, my Ring disconnects daily. I’ve had the cable company come back out to double check my connection and everything works fine, with the exception of the Ring. I’ve rebooted the device, rebooted the modem, I’ve spent hours on the phone with tech support (cable company and Ring team)THREE months later, and still no resolve. I’m frustrated and feel unsafe in my own home.
