Ring Chime keeps ringing when I talk thru my doorbell

I have the Nicor PRCP2 that is compatible with the Ring Doorbell 2 and every time I talk/speak through my ring doorbell, the chime goes off. I’ve tried changing the settings thru the app by switching the chime to digital, mechanical, and none, and it still goes off under the same circumstances. I’ve even disabled from the app to Ring my Indoor Doorbell. It still goes off. The doorbell chime is very broken. It often repeats itself without stopping, and it resets the chime whilst in the middle of a chime. I’ve talked to level 1 customer support from Ring.com and they couldn’t provided assistance - they suggested I reboot and reactive the device but it did not fix the problem.Is anybody else having a similar issue?
