Ring Botton on Ring Pro Cracked / Warranty

Hello, what's the quality of the Ring Pro DoorBell like?  I have it just slightly over 1 year and now the black botton cracked. I was to that it is no longer under warranty and I need to buy a new 1.  Why is the quality so bad? Does this mean that I have  to buy 1 every year du to the quality or a lemon product?  Is there someone that can help replace this?  I've asked to speak to a manage or a supervisor or a complaint department. I was told that I can not talk to anyone because there's no such department. The only way is to leave a message here and someone might contact me. Sounds like very bad customer service / support.  Please see if someone can reach out to me and help. Looking forward hearing back. Thank you.
