My ring doorbell camera is hardwired into the doorbell but over the last month or so, it’s been “offline” due to cold more days than not. I understand the days that it was below zero but it’s been warmer the last week or so, with sun, and it still isn’t recharging and turning back on. Any thoughts?

Hi @user_d2563f. The cold temperatures from winter unfortunately have negative effects on the lithium-ion batteries used in Ring devices. We have some information in this article, including different temperature thresholds to be aware of. You may need to bring the battery inside and manually charge it to 100%.
