Hi, When I try to talk to the person at the door they can hear me but I can’t hear them. I don’t have any connectivity issues and have tried rebooting the device numerous times…

Hi @SHashmee. When you activate the Live View, make sure to tap on the speaker icon to hear sound from your Video Doorbell. Additionally, ensure the volume on your phone is turned up adequately. I hope this helps!
