Hi is there any way of completely resetting my app to original settings? I have 4 ring cameras and now none of them send notifications to any of our phones so I know it is not the phone settings as we use on 3 different mobile devices. I want to start again with the app but don’t know where to start.

Hi @user44312. Have you checked to see if it could be related to a change in your Mode settings? If you don't use Modes, check to make sure you have not activated Motion Schedules. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
