Ring App keeps randomly signing me out !

The Ring App on my iPhone keeps randomly signing me out. I'v missed dozens of deliveries and visitors to my door. This has happened too many times now and is Turbo Annoying. My In-laws have had the same trouble and as a result have binned their Ring Video Doorbell and opted for a more trusted brand. This very common issue seriously needs addressing. People don't have time to be constantly checking the connectability of these expensive products !! It's a matter of trust when it comes to these issues and it's quite apparent RING are losing a heck of a lot of public trust due to their lack of attention to Customer requirements.
