Ring 2 live view disconnects when microphone is unmuted

My Ring 2 doorbell and chime pro are both connected and online. I can watch live video and answer rings on the doorbell, but the moment I tap the speaker or microphone icons, the live view disconnects. Any suggestions?

Hi @user23604. Try checking your phone settings to ensure that you have microphone permissions are enabled. Try toggling them off, then on and trying again. Also, be sure that your Ring app is up to date as well as your phones OS. Let me know if this helps!
