Ring 2 doorbell and I can't hear the person talking and they can't hear me.

Ring 2 doorbell and I can't hear the person talking and they can't hear me. I tested with my son outside and we couldn't hear each other. Can see fine and wireless connectivity is fine.Any ideas? The RING Doorbell is hardwired so it is NOT on battery.

Hi @cxeng2005. Here is a great Help Center article on how to use [2 Way Audio](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View). My wifi is strong to the ring device as there is a access point about 15 feet away. The RSSI is under 45 so it isn't the wifi signal strength. I have a ring flood cam and the RSSI is a bit higher and sound is fine both ways

Hi @cxeng2005. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050175212-Audio-Issues-Troubleshooting-Guide) has some tips and tricks that will help with audio issue. I would also check the Device Settings to make sure your Privacy Settings allow for Audio Streaming and Recording. I hope this helps!
