Camera after multi months of service disconnected from my Wi-Fi (4 of my other Ring cameras are ok I cannot with my Wi-Fi because cam can’t enter setup mode, top button doesn’t move or depress - what to do?

Hi @user_2e6fa8. You should be able to press and hold the setup button down for 2 seconds to reset the Ring Spotlight Cam. If the button is stuck, there might be some damage to the device. Has there recently been any inclement weather? If you apply light pressure, are you able to press the setup button down?
