Replacement screw for ring doorbell 2

Question

I have lost a screw when replacing the battery pack. The design is very inconvenient and I have lost the screw.  Can Ring send me replacement screw(s)? Please don't refer me to buying a whole unnecessary kit. Can you send sent out of goodwill please?
