Reinstalling
Hey I been offline for about 2 months and now I want to put the ring back up but it’s not letting me add the same device, any help

Hi @user_297b38. Unless you removed the device from your Ring app, there is no reason to add it back. You'll just need to log in to the Ring app using the same email/password that you used to set up the device with and then navigate to the Device Health menu. Once you're there, you'll see the option to reconnect to wifi. Let me know if this helps!

Scan the QR code on the device if you haven't done that. You are going to be shocked and disappointed when you see what they did to the app, it's pretty much worthless now!
