Reconnect to wifi

I’ve had to change wifi provider so I need to reconnect to new network, my stick up cam was fine however my doorbell 3 plus is asking for a 5 digit pin but there’s no pin and nothing in the box?

Hi @user43038. The 5 digit pin is also located on the back of the device, where the QR code is. I suggest taking a picture of it for future reference. I hope this helps.
