Now when I say REACTIVATE I don't mean RECONNECT to the wifi.I figured I could solve some connection issues by deactivating it and reactivating it via app but the reactivate process seems tricky.Please help,.I'm ready to give up on this damn thing.

Hi @A.Ochoa. If your Doorbell is no longer active, follow the steps mentioned in this Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi) to reconnect it to your wifi.
