Ring Video Doorbell
Purple image and Flashing IR at night
Recently all my video has a purple and yellow tint to it. Also at night the camera continually flashes regular and IR camera. I tried today to power cycle the outdoor unit by completely disconneting it but no luck. Any thoughts? M

Chelsea, Just did the reset twice and still no change. Any other thoughts. Martin

C@mlehmann78 Have you tried rebooting your router? Turn your router off for a couple minutes and then turn it back on. You can do this by disconnecting it and reconnecting it. After a couple minutes has passed, take a look at the video quality! In addition, if this doesn't fix it, can you attach a screenshot of this image quality so other neighbors can see this as well?

MReset router and no change. Camera is till switching between night mode and day. Here are some side by side for what it is switching back and forth threw and also a shot of what the daytime is looking like.

Hi @mlehmann78. Since you've done a power cycle of the device, it may be time to try a reset to see if it helps. To reset your Doorbell, press and hold the setup button for 30 seconds. After this, give it a couple minutes to reset, and then ding your Doorbell to test the video quality. Let us know what happens!
