Public Awareness Regarding Ring Camera Services
Dear Community, I've recently discovered a concerning issue with Ring cameras that I believe the public should be aware of. It appears that if your Ring camera subscription ends, or if you choose not to renew it, the camera's live video feed can be disabled, potentially rendering the device unusable. This raises concerns about the longevity and reliability of the product beyond the initial subscription period. If you've encountered similar problems, Please comment below. It's crucial for consumers to know about this potential issue. I encourage everyone to share this information and stay informed about the products they use. Thank you for your attention.

Hi @user_09bef9. This isn't true. A Ring Home Plan is not required to use the Live View feature for any Ring device. The core function of a Ring device is it's ability to Live View. All that is needed for this is a wifi connection.
