Pink hue

When viewing in live view or when someone comes to the door the image is completely colored in pink hue. Tried resetting and hard resetting the device but it did not resolve. Also tried re-installing the device but nothing worked. Tried flashlight test as others seemed to indicate that this would work but it did not work for us.
