Our Ring video doorbell keeps turning green on playback, is there anyway we can do to rectify this issue?
For the last few days our video doorbell screen keeps turning green when we try to watch the videos, is there anything we can do to rectify the problem.?

Some playback is completely green through most of the playback. Seems to clear up at the last two to three seconds of the playback. All other times the image is clear.

Hi @Pchop. Is this only happening on recorded videos from the Event History, or does it also happen when you access the Live View? Are these videos from during the day, or at night? Feel free to share an example of the green video that you're seeing.
