Hi @350e7a16a3733ea74bfccfe98f80ce. Do you have an active Ring Protect Basic or Plus plan? Without a [Ring Protect subscription](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans), you will not be able to view previously recorded events from your Ring Doorbell, but you will still receive notifications and have access to the Live View. If your Doorbell isn't detecting motion, make sure Motion Detection is toggled on in the device profile page, and double-check your [Modes settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) to ensure Motion Detection and recording are both enabled. I hope this information helps! :)
