No speaker sound, just static. Please help!

Hello! My Ring doorbell camera speaker just stopped working. The mic works fine and I can talk through it, but there’s no sound coming from the other end, only loud static. I can see people talking through the camera but I can't hear them. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app and rebooted my Ring but nothing has worked. Any help you be greatly appreciated!!

Hi @user_9b450c. A reboot was a good troubleshooting step to take. Since that didn't resolve this, I'd suggest fully resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, walk through the setup process again in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Test out the audio on Doorbell by activating a Live View and speaking through the mic on your phone.
