No power to ring doorbell when using bypass feature on pro power V2
hardwired-video-doorbell

I have a ring pro. It does not play well with my current mechanical chime. I was attempting to just bypass the mechanical chime all together. When I use the bypass ports on the pro power v2 adapter, my ring pro receives no power at all and it goes completely offline. The entire reason I am doing this is because when hooked up normally, it causes my strikers inside the mechanical chime to buzz and vibrate.

Hi there @TommyMctomerson. I would recommend verifying that the Pro Power Kit V2 was installed correctly in order to bypass your internal chime kit. You can find the instructions in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005974466-How-to-Bypass-your-Internal-Doorbell-with-the-Pro-Power-Kit-V2-for-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-). If it's not installed properly, this could be why your Doorbell is not receiving any power.
