No notifications on fone

Can someone please help. I have an iPhone 8+ and do not receive ring notifications. I have activated everything and split the router, still nothing. I can see lives and have audio, just don’t get any notifications. HELP!!!

Make sure you have motion and ring alerts toggled on under Devices > your Ring Doorbell in the Ring app. After confirming that, you can find a list of various troubleshooting steps for notifications on iOS devices [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-Troubleshooting-Ring-Notifications-for-Apple-iOS-Devices). Check that you don't have Do Not Disturb mode on as well, since that will silence notifications.
