Hi guys just got a hardwired ring doorbell set it all up and seems to be working but if I press the doorbell or set off motion I don’t get notifications on my phone despite all options are on for notifications. My girlfriend gets them on her phone and I’ve tried u installing and re-downloading the app to no avail

I was able to find this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/ring-app-notifications-have-stopped/194723) where another neighbor had a similar concern. There is a solution with other steps you can try and what to do if those steps do not work.
