Hi, I have 2 Ring gen 2 Video Doorbells.I've had them up and working for some time with no problems.Now for no reason they have stopped notifying me of any movement they detect.The doorbells when pressed works fine along with everything else, its just the motion detector.I've tried various things to no availAny suggestions?Tahanks

Hi @Fitz1. When you say that your Doorbells are not notifying you of motion detection, are you seeing nothing in the Event History regarding motion detection, or are you not receiving notifications but you see the motion detection in the Event History? Additionally, have you tried adjusting the [Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042728431-Advanced-Motion-Detection-in-Ring-Devices) and the [Motion Frequency settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003477106-Understanding-and-Optimizing-Motion-Detection-with-Motion-Frequency), and have you ensured that your notifications are enabled?
